Standard hotel policies
The following policies apply to individual and group bookings at Swat Palace Hotel and Lemar Hotels & Resorts unless otherwise agreed in writing in your confirmed quotation or contract.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid CNIC or passport is required for all guests at check-in.
Reservations & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation from our reservations team. Group and corporate quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal and subject to room availability at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged one night’s room rent. Group and event bookings: cancellation terms are specified in the signed quotation or contract and may vary by season and block size.
Advance Payment & Deposits
Corporate and group bookings typically require a 30–50% advance deposit to confirm. Full payment for events and banquet services is due as per the agreed schedule in your quotation. We accept bank transfer and cash; card facilities may be available on request.
Group & Corporate Rates
Custom quotes are prepared based on dates, room category, length of stay, F&B requirements, and event scope. Rates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Blackout dates and peak season (summer holidays, Eid, year-end) may apply different terms.
Event & Banquet Terms
Event bookings include venue hire as per agreed layout. External décor vendors must be approved in advance. Damage to hotel property caused by guests or vendors will be charged to the organiser. Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event for catering.
Conduct & Property Rules
Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and other guests. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate house rules or local law without refund.
Children & Extra Beds
Children under 5 years stay free when sharing with parents (one child per room, no extra bed). Extra bed and child meal charges apply as per current rate card. Family rooms and interconnecting options are available on request.
Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guest valuables unless deposited at reception. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available. Parking is at owner’s risk unless otherwise stated.
Force Majeure
Northin Hospitality is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, road closures, government orders, or utility failures. Alternative dates or credit may be offered where possible.
